Dark City Poker League Conditions of Use

MEMBERSHIP RULES AND REGULATIONS
Each and every player must register with Dark City Poker League via completion of the Dark City Poker League League Registration form, whether on-line or in another form, and thereby agrees to be bound by Dark City Poker League Rules and Regulations posted on this site, the Conditions of Use contained herein, and the following additional rules:

1. Dark City Poker League retains the right to refuse membership to any applicant; to refuse to allow a registered member to play; and/or to disqualify or exclude a member from future play; from for any reason, which may not be disclosed, including but not limited to collusion amongst members, cheating, aggression, or any other behavior that Dark City Poker League deems in appropriate;
2. Prizes awarded at Dark City Poker League events, if any, do not have monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or currency of any kind and Dark City Poker League events do not involve play with money or currency of any kind;
3. Dark City Poker League has the right to photograph any member or player during Dark City Poker League events and use their likeness, including their name, for purposes of marketing and/or promotion;
4. Dark City Poker League may change these membership rules, or any part thereof, without notice to, or approval of, the member; and
5. All decisions made by Dark City Poker League decisions, including but not limited to those made during tournament play, with respect to rule interpretation, membership, awarding/withholding of prizes, or any other issue, are final and not subject to review.

All materials posted on the site, including but not limited to photos, video, audio, written text, and graphics, are the copyrighted property of Dark City Poker League, its affiliated companies and/or third-party licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way or otherwise used, without the express written consent of Dark City Poker League, except as occurs in the ordinary and intended use of this site and as necessary to download one (1) copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Furthermore, all trademarks, service marks, and/or trade names used herein or otherwise related to Dark City Poker League and/or this site, are owned by Dark City Poker League, or its affiliated companies and/or third-part licensors. Dark City Poker League also expresses no warranties that the information contained on its website is current or accurate, and will not be held responsible for such inaccuracies.
